Session Overview: The session will explore the key elements which are essential for strong outcomes in tele-health consultations. These include building rapport, developing trust, online eye contact and body language and how to chat online. The challenges associated with engaging clients, information sharing, personal adjustment counselling and supporting clients to take action will also be considered, with practical examples and tips and tricks.
