Session Overview: Working with children who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing and adults who have complex needs can be both rewarding and challenging. This presentation will use informal discussions that are illustrated by clinical case studies to provide early career audiologists with an overview of how one might progress the elements to consider in their professional development to prepare for a more complex caseload. It will include some discussion on the skills, tools and resources needed to work with people with complex clinical needs.
